- Sepszeszkaré az ókori egyiptomi V. dinasztia (i. e. 2494–2345) negyedik vagy ötödik uralkodója. Valószínűleg övé egy befejezetlen abuszíri piramis, melyet építése első szakaszában félbehagytak. Sepszeszkaréról a történeti források alapján úgy tartották, hét évig uralkodott Noferirkaré után és Noferefré előtt, a dinasztia negyedik királyaként.
