- A Columbia a Csendes-óceán északnyugati térségének észak-amerikai szakaszán a legnagyobb folyó. A folyó a kanadai Brit Columbia Sziklás-hegységéből ered . Északnyugatra, majd délre folyik az USA Washington államába, majd nyugatra fordul, és a Washington és Oregon állam közötti határ legnagyobb részét képezi, mielőtt a Csendes-óceánba torkollik.
